Le cake bio courgette tomate olive

  • Cake à la courgette bio, tomates et olives vertes bio

Les ingrédients pour 2

200 grs de courgette bio
100 grs de tomates cerises bio en saison
Sinon tomates confites
2 œufs bio
Du persil bio
170 grs de farine
1 sachet de levure
10 cl de lait
Sel poivre
3 cs d’huile
une dizaine d olives

Première chose,

On découpe en tout petits dés la courgette , on effile les tomates confites, ou coupe en deux les tomates cerises bio, idem pour les olives dénoyautées, enfin on cisèle le persil.

 

 

 

Dans un saladier, on verse la farine et la levure, on dépose les 2 œufs et on commence à mélanger. On ajoute le lait, le sel, le poivre et l huile et on malaxe bien le tout, jusqu’à un mélange homogène.

On huile le moule, et on verse le mélange dans le moule, qu’on enfourne dans un four préchauffé à 180°.

Une pâte onctueuse et parfumée, joliment colorée avec les légumes. La touche finale, les tomates sur le dessus !

30/40 mins de cuisson et de temps libre pour se faire plaisir , et c’est prêt.

On laisse refroidir et on sert avec une petite salade verte.
