La salade bio complète verdure, betterave et chèvre

Les ingrédients pour 2 personnes

150 grs de verdure: pousses d épinards,roquette ou mâche
1 betterave bio cuite environ 150 grs
1 petit oignon bio, rouge de préférence
30 grs de chèvre frais bio
Sel poivre
3 cs d huile d'olive
1 cs de vinaigre de balsamique
30 grs de pois chiches cuits pour l'apport de légumineuses

Préparation 10 mins Difficulté 1

C est parti,

dans le saladier, on dispose la verdure, on parsème des pois chiches, on ajoute la betterave rouge bio cuite coupée en tranches grossières, et on égrène le chèvre frais bio.

On compose l assaisonnement, huile, vinaigre, sel poivre…
On l’ajoute juste avant de servir
On l’accompagne d’un bon pain et de dips, comme des houmous.
